What Is Peripheral Neuropathy?

Peripheral Neuropathy refers to a condition where nerves that connect to the brain, spinal chord or organs are damaged or diseased.

Signs & Symptoms:

— painful feet
— numbness or weakness of feet

The symptoms usually start with the feet before affecting the upper limbs (hands).

The commonest cause of peripheral neuropathy worldwide is diabetes. It is by and large a treatable condition.
